This is an OEM Pierburg pump assembly, supplied to BMW originally, and is re-boxed by VDO / Hudson in Germany. The genuine BMW and this OEM pump, which are the same part, have 2 yellow, 1 black and 1 red wires, which identify them as the originals. This assembly includes the large seal and instructions from Pierburg. This is for various 2000 - 2006 BMW E53 X5 models, please see the application fitment tables for confirmation. The BMW part number on this is 16 11 6 755 043, and the Pierburg part number is 7.22013.57. In fact, we celebrated our 38th anniversary in 2019!
