This device allow you to use an Auto Meter fuel level gauge (may also work with other brands of gauges) with your existing fuel tank sender unit eliminating the necessity for tank modifications. Allows original fuel level sender to work with Auto Meter fuel level gauges. No need for fuel tank modifications.
8 Pre-programmed resistance ranges covering most popular sender units (240/33 ohm, 0/90 ohm, 0/30 ohm, 16/158 ohm, 73/10 ohm linear and non-linear, 10/80 ohm, 40/250 ohm). Easy to use push button configuration with digital display. Clearly marked wiring connectors for simple wiring hook up. Compact design so can be hidden out of sight once set up. Configurable with 5 point linear adjustment (E, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, F) anywhere between 0-1000 ohms or 1000-0 ohms. Fuel level gauges require a sender unit with matching resistance levels to provide an accurate reading. Using a gauge with a sensor which has different resistance can result in the gauge reading too high or too low or not working at all.The Auto Meter Fuel Bridge provides the ultimate solution to ensure your aftermarket fuel level gauge reads perfectly accurately. Suitable for all Auto Meter fuel level gauges but may also work with other gauge manufacturers.
