Snap-on Ethos, GM Tech 1 and GM Tech 2 diagnostic service available at our workshop. A fuel tank sender unit (fuel level gauge) for a Monza GSE, in good condition, refurbished as best possible. When fitted to early Monza Srs 2 the additional "getting low" fuel warning light will not work. The very low "almost empty" warning light will work on all models including Monza A1, Monza A2 and A2/GSE. These sender units are now getting difficult to find in good condition. The faceplate may be badly rusty, with the earth spade connector rusted away, and the potentiometer inside the gauge may no longer work, or give erratic readings. Will not fit any of these cars with carburettor fuel system.
Opel Monza GSE, also Monza Srs 2 and Monza Srs 1. Please ensure that you include your chassis number.
It has been tested to ensure correct readings throughout the level range. Gasket part numbers: Opel 1254279 and 1254282 GM 02893250 and 09291299. This item is fully guaranteed and in working order. Supersedes the older photographic microfiches and printed parts books used in the past. Offside and nearside are confusing to many; the car manufacturers use Left and Right to avoid confusion. L/H and R/H sides of the car are seen as you sit in it, i. E L/H is passenger/nearside (in UK) and R/H is driver/offside.
